CONTRACT SCOPE OF WORK :

Civil & Architectural Works: Surveying/layout, leveling & grading, excavation, concreting for foundation,damp proofing, backfilling, construct RC slab, supply and erect Pre-engineered steel building complete with bathroom & toilet fixtures and Laundry fixtures.

Mechanical Works: Supply and install plumbing network (waterlines, sewer line, drainage & storm line). Supply and install 2 nos. COOLINE Package Air Conditioning units having a cooling capacity of 25 tons, operated at 220V, 3ph, 50 Hertz for each unit including ducting works.

Electrical Works: Supply and install fluorescent fixtures, power receptacles, panel boards, grounding system, wires & cables, fire alarm & heat detectors.

Exterior Works: Excavation for waterline & Sewage line. Construct manholes-3nos. Connect sewage system to Lift Station. Line & Grade for walkway.
