CONTRACT SCOPE OF WORK :

Civil Works: construct 16 nos. concrete foundation pads of A/C units, transformers and electrical panel board which include the surveying/layout, leveling & grading, excavation, concreting, backfilling and restoration of the area.

Mechanical Works (HVAC): Supply, transport and install the 16 nos. AL ZAMIL COOLINE Package Air Conditioning units having a cooling capacity of (20 Tons) 238 MBH (19.8TR) at 7500 CFM, operated at 380/415V 3ph 50 Hertz for each unit. Supply and installation of HVAC ducting made of galvanized sheet metal as per SMACNA specs. Including supports, insulation, duct liner, aluminum grilles & diffusers for supply and return lines.

Electrical Works: Design of one-line diagram for electrical system, dismantling & re-install the existing panel MDP, 3 ph, 415/240 Volt, 50 hertz. Install GFCI furnished transformers. Supply and install 120mm2 directburied cables (XLPE/PVC 1000 V grade), new switch board, Testing & commissioning.
