CONTRACT SCOPE OF WORK :

Civil & Architectural Works: Surveying/layout for PAO bldg. (size: 45.2m x 36.1m) and layout its boundary limits. Saw-cut and demolish existing flooring for divider wall & toilet. Excavate, lay base course and compact for column foundation. Provide water barrier and pour lean concrete. Install formworks & rebars and pour ready-mix concrete. Construct RC column, apply bituminous coating on substructures, backfill and restore the floor slab. Construct CMU & gypsum board wall. Install acoustic ceiling, toilet accessories and provide floor & wall finishes. Install doors and paint all the structures.

Mechanical Works: Supply and install exterior & interior drainage & waterlines and HVAC system.

Electrical Works: Installation of an interior electrical network and fire alarm system.
