CONTRACT SCOPE OF WORK :

Civil & Architectural Works: Surveying/layout 6 NOS- office buildings. Construct CMU perimeter wall up to 4 meter height and internal perimeter gypsum boards in metal studs, roof structure including acoustic drop ceiling. Install HM doors and roll-up doors. Painting of structures.

Mechanical Works: Supply and install HVAC system having a total cooling capacity of 40 tons including all required ducting works & accessories.

Electrical Works: Installation of an electrical distribution/panel boards to power the new office/supply areas from an existing electrical panel. Tying of New electrical panels into the existing distribution system.

Exterior Works: Construction of concrete sidewalks along the perimeter of the building.
