CONTRACT SCOPE OF WORK :

Electrical Works: Installation of Communication system for building 406 using ladder-type cable tray separating the Telephone system from Data system wherein each office will have 6” x 6” x 6” painted with red color for data system. Both will have wall penetration of 2 inch diameter EMT pipe linking the 2 boxes to its own cable tray. The telephone cable trays (black color) are 4” lower than the cable tray (red color) at 10 feet high from above the finish floor lever. All wall penetrations were provided with fire stop sealant. Install 2 nos. – framed data closet in Room 109. Install 15 nos. – double-face plate for voice/data system, 40 nos. – double-face plate for telephone system, 25 nos-for Voice/data combination, 2 nos - single face plate for voice only and 5 nos. single plate for data only (All the face plate will be installed in metallic box 2” x 4” 2 1/8” depth.
